I wonder if anyone would care about morality and aesthetics when growing up in isolation or living anonymously among strangers. All the virtues seem to matter only when there are other people to judge you and perceive you as good or bad, ugly or beautiful. For me, this is another reason to think that moral and aesthetic virtues are neither absolute, nor personal. They are born when social living and the desire to expose the self stealthily start to produce offspring.

Respectively one must add that, from a deeper stand point of view, every meaning is constructed socially; but it doesn't mean that subject is all passive to the meaning-productive processes of social order. Put it in this way that we can't hold this presumption that social-agency (or even the social aspect of our subjectivity, our sociability) is the producer of our value-judgmental statements; Rather it's about the unending dialectical inter-action between CRITICAL subject. By this i mean the aesthetic quality of those Others are significant in terms of being and re-producing value-judgments. In my view, in the era of stupidity, of mad and empty society, the isolated subject - who makes use of being stranger to the indifferent society - has some curious potency to make judgment. {provided he/she has the enormous potency to not be cynical depressed Monster at first}.

What do you mean by "aesthetic quality of those Others"? What I am saying is that there is no such thing and there is no point in there being such thing. There is very little critics when one is alone and even less when one has totally grown in isolation. Do we care to look great when we sit on toilet? Actually we might do, but it's ridiculous. A Real isolated subject has no reason to criticize!

I agree that term needs to be more explained; perhaps it's better to restate it with "Aesthetic Ingenuity of the others", their resourcefulness to comprehend and apply aesthetic values in life-world. in another word, it's true that being-with-the-other is ontologically a "sine qua nons" for self-realization in every aspect at any rate, but it's naive to take that "being" the foundation for self-reflection. we must take into account its quality as a vivid dynamic source of virtues, how proper it could form a conversational relation and how fruitful this relation can be set ; Considering the alienated nature of the present societies and communities, it's even more important to define WHAT is the "being-with-others".

p.s: the expression of your example is so Angry ma'am!
Попробуйте удалить ваш временного психического состояния из аргументов ... По иронии судьбы иначе вы можете найти себя в туалет один, как истинный пример того, что вы были критиковать!
